Being a Travel Advisor is an amazing way to work from home, make your own hours, and earn a fantastic income all while earning opportunities to travel the world yourself!

Our Travel Advisors are fully trained and equipped to take their clients through the entire selection, booking and traveling process all while earning commission on every booking. They will be your clients to take great care of and serve over and over again for years to come!

We use specialized systems to help find your clients the absolute best price (and commission!) You'll have full access to all of these platforms and go through training on each. You'll also be granted access to our marketing database, booking engine, the full suite of sales training modules, and more.

Travel Advisor responsibilities include: 

• Be knowledgable on all travel trends and be able to provide information on transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Work with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destination, travel dates, and costs
• Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions
• Be able to get creative to stay within your clients budgets while being able to communicate the value of your package
• Be extremely organized with all travel documents
• Work within our systems to book transportation, make hotel reservations, maintain client files and collect payment/fees
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds. Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
• Meet sales targets
• Research and communicate to your clients about appropriate travel documents, visas, or passport needed during their trip

Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness with an acute knack for organization
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field recommended
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
