Impactful Client Gifting
Your coordinator will work with you to choose a percentage of the commission that you'd like to spend on client gifting as well as a strategy. Some advisors choose to deliver one large gift during their travels while others choose to deliver small gifts throughout the year! Regardless of your strategy, your coordinator will schedule and confirm all gifts.
Handwritten Thank You Notes
After every trip, each family on the trip will receive a handwritten thank you note. The message can be completely customized or we have standard messages to choose from. The note will thank them for their business and explain your interest in working with them again soon!
Get All of the Reviews
Your coordinator will send out a review request after the Thank You note arrives and then another reminder 3 weeks later. You choose which sites you'd like the reviews to go to as well as how many follow-ups you think is appropriate!
Don't Forget Birthdays!
Birthdays can be a big deal if done correctly. Your coordinator will of course send out a handwritten birthday card to every traveler in your database, but will also send any children under the age of 18 a $5 gift card to a local ice cream shop. (Only local joints, no chain gift cards! Support other small businesses!)
Stay Top of Mind
Once you deliver service like this, people can't wait to tell their friends about you! However, you're not always top of mind when a friend mentions an upcoming trip. Let's change that! We have a direct mail campaign that will send unique postcards to your clients each month. They will feature fun facts and beautiful scenery-NOT sales! Stay in touch in a helpful way without being pushy!
What's Next?!
Your coordinator will also keep track of your sales and send you monthly reminders for who booked around this time last year. Instead of getting a reminder exactly one year later, you will get one 9 months after they booked in order to begin getting on their radar long before they actually pull the trigger again. That way you never miss a sale!
